Palaeosight is a Cape Town-based, independently established heritage consultancy specialising in palaeontological assessments throughout Southern Africa.
Palaeosight was established with a commitment to providing high-quality, scientifically rigorous palaeontological advice that is both practical and responsive to the needs of our clients. The consultancy is driven by a passion for Southern Africa’s rich fossil heritage and a belief that specialist heritage input should support, rather than hinder, responsible development.
We combine academic expertise with professional integrity and a strong understanding of the regulatory requirements governing developments across Southern Africa. We work across a range of projects and development scales, providing credible and bankable palaeontological management solutions that support responsible development while protecting Southern Africa's valuable fossil heritage.
